Role: Realtor Relationship Management

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard real estate agents to build a robust network.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with real estate agents, providing support and resources.

• Gather feedback from real estate agents about the quality of leads and the matching process.

• Ensure real estate agents are engaged, satisfied, and well-supported to provide excellent service to clients.

• Facilitate continuous improvement in the matching process through regular communication and feedback loops.
