#### Accessing OpenPhone: Step-by-Step Guide

This guide will help you set up OpenPhone on your Mac desktop, Windows desktop, and iOS device, create an account, pick a phone number, and configure necessary settings.

**Step 1: Download and Install OpenPhone**

**For Mac Desktop:**

1. Visit the [OpenPhone Mac download page](https://www.openphone.co/mac).
2. Click on the "Download" button.
3. Open the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions.

**For Windows Desktop:**

2. Click on the link provided and follow the prompts to create your OpenPhone account.
3. During the onboarding process, you will be prompted to pick a phone number. Follow the on-screen instructions to choose a number.

**Step 3: Configuring Settings**

**Caller ID Names:**

1. Log in to your OpenPhone account.
2. Navigate to "Settings" -> "General" -> "Caller ID names."
3. Add the new user's name to the Caller ID list of names.

**Phone Number Settings:**

1. Go to "Settings" -> "Phone numbers."
2. Select the newly created phone number.
3. Set the Caller ID name to the new user's name.
4. Turn on the "Auto record calls" feature.

**Hubspot Integration:**

1. Navigate to "Settings" -> "Integrations" -> "Hubspot."
2. Select the phone number.
3. Activate the phone number to sync with Hubspot.

**Step 4: Verifying Setup with a Test Message**

1. Open the OpenPhone app on your Mac, Windows, or iPhone.
2. Navigate to the messaging section.
3. Send a test text message to 617-223-1221 (Josh's phone number) with a brief message to verify that your account is working correctly.

**Step 5: Checking Hubspot for Test Message**

1. Log in to your Hubspot account.
2. Search for the contact record for Joshua Holt.
3. Verify that the test text message sent in Step 4 has been recorded successfully.

**Step 6: Verifying Hubspot Integration with Third-Party Interactions**

1. After your first interaction with a third-party outside the organization (via Call or SMS), log in to your Hubspot account.
2. Check the relevant contact record to ensure that the communication has been captured correctly.
3. Verify that both Call and SMS channels are being recorded as expected.
