Investment Property Loan Purposes
Which types of deals shoule we capture?
{Fix & Flip, Rehab Rental, Turnkey, Refinance, Not Sure Yet, N/A}
Fix & Flip = The purpose is to fix up the property and sell it.
Rehab Rental = The purpose is to fix up the property and rent it.
Turnkey = The purpose to acquire the property and rent it.
Refinance = Refinancing an existing loan, often because a balloon payment is due.
Not Sure Yet = The client is looking at many different kinds of deals and isn't sure which deal they will proceed with yet.
N/A = The client is looking for something outside of the box.
