Job Description: Business Development Representative (BDR) - Realtor Team
Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) on our Realtor team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality prospects into our sales pipeline. You will engage with high-income professionals, understand their needs, and set the stage for a successful client relationship. This role is crucial to our business as it helps bridge the gap between potential clients and our network of real estate agents.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients promptly and professionally.
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through various channels (email, phone, social media).
Lead Qualification:
Gather detailed information from potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, such as income level, property type interest, and location preferences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead information in our CRM system (HubSpot).
Client Engagement:
Build rapport with potential clients and provide a positive first impression of our company.
Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to Account Executives (AEs) for further consultation.
Follow up with leads to ensure continued engagement and address any initial questions or concerns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads generated through various campaigns.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation and qualification processes.
Performance Tracking:
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Use HubSpot's tools and features to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
