Overview of Team Structure

Our real estate business operates using a specialized team structure to manage the unique needs of our clients and real estate agents. This structure consists of three primary roles: Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Real Estate Agent Managers (RMs). Each role has specific responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our business.

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Role: Lead Generation and Qualification

Overview: BDRs are the first point of contact for potential clients. They handle incoming inquiries and reach out to prospective clients to gather essential information. BDRs assess whether the leads meet our criteria and ensure that only qualified leads move forward in the process.

Account Executive (AE)

Role: Client Consultation and Deal Closure

Overview: AEs take over from BDRs to conduct in-depth consultations with qualified leads. They understand the specific needs of each client and match them with the most suitable real estate agents. AEs also handle negotiations and ensure that clients are satisfied during the initial stages of their real estate journey.

Real Estate Agent Manager (RM)

Role: Real Estate Agent Relationship Management

Overview: RMs focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of real estate agents. They recruit new agents, provide ongoing support, and gather feedback to continuously improve our matching process. RMs ensure that our agents are engaged, satisfied, and equipped to offer excellent service to our clients.

How the Roles Work Together

Each role in our structure is designed to ensure that both clients and real estate agents receive the highest level of service. BDRs generate and qualify leads, AEs consult with clients and help close deals, and RMs maintain strong relationships with real estate agents. This collaborative approach helps us efficiently connect high-income professionals with top real estate agents, driving success for our business and satisfaction for our clients and agents.

By clearly defining and separating these responsibilities, we create a streamlined process that leverages the strengths of each role, ensuring that every part of the client and agent journey is handled with expertise and care.
