Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Lead Generation and Qualification

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients promptly.

  • Conduct initial outreach and gather detailed client information.

  • Update Hubspot with client information.

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., income level, property type interest, location preferences).

  • Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to Account Executives (AEs).

  • Ensure a steady flow of potential clients into the sales pipeline.

  • Follow up with disqualified leads

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Average response time

  • Percent of inbound leads converted to deals

  • Number of outbound leads generated

  • Percent of outbound leads coverted to deals
